MY 12 STEP STORE offers the following Returns Policy:

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. That's why we've made it easy for you to place orders online and to receive our exciting high-quality products reliably.

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product that you have received from MY 12 STEP STORE, you may return the unused product within 15 days of purchase, and we will replace it with another item of your choice, or we will issue a store credit.

Please note; Gift cards, food products, custom made items or certain custom jewelry and gold pieces are not returnable. When you return an item you must ship back products with a value of $75 or more using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 should also be insured.

Your credit or refund and how your refund is issued may have a minimal restocking fee and differ based on the condition of the item. We ask you please include original documentation and order number as well as all product packaging, boxing and product materials. Refunds are credited to your credit card used for purchase immediately

Exchange or Replace an Item; If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, you can exchange qualifying items by shipping back to us following our return policy.

We offer many ways to support your ordering experience with us as well as 10% discount on orders over 75.00. In some instances we may place volume orders with our publishers to fill your requested order. In those instances the delivery time can be 1 -2 weeks before it ships the shipping option you select. Orders that are over 20 books or gifts of same title, make or style may not be eligible for return or cancellation after the same day of placing order has passed. Qualifying exchanges may result in a small restocking fee. Large orders may also be subject to verification of your delivery address as they may be delivered in multiple boxes and shipments. As always you are immediately emailed a copy of your order when placed with order number. You are responsible for the information you enter on your order and should be reviewed that you entered all correct information. You are emailed tracking information at the time of shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our objective is to get your package to you as quickly as humanly possible. We offer a variety of USPS shipping options to support your needs for time and cost. We process orders the same day during business hours. We ship all stock item orders the same day.

WHEN IT SHIPS

,p>We have a scheduled USPS package pickup every day and additionally take mail to the USPS station each day as needed. Same day shipping orders for Express Priority must be received by 11a PT, Priority is 3p PT. If you order and forget to choose a selection or size your order will be delayed.

If you select an item that is a custom medallion and indicates (ships in 1-2 weeks) it will ship to you as soon as it’s made with the shipping selection you choose. The same is for some custom jewelry that says to please allow up to 2-3 weeks before shipping.

If your order indicates an email verification reply is needed, it will need to be verified for shipping.

If your shipping selection is parcel post mixed with both stock and custom items your order may be held to ship together.

If your selection is priority or Express priority we may ship stock items with your selection and custom items separately unless you indicate special needs. We also may call or email you for questions.

HOW IT SHIPS

We offer several options for how your package is shipped to you. You may select from our options that will best ship in the time frame you need your order.

Parcel post and first class takes from 2-7 days, Priority 2-4 days, Express Priority 1-2 days if shipping in the US. When shipping to small towns, during bad weather and Holidays shipping time can be affected. If the address you provided is not complete or incorrect it will be delayed to notify you.

Please remember that delivery time is based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order after 1p PT on Saturday or anytime on Sunday, we still process and fill your order and in some instances deliver to USPS but it may not leave the station same day. We include packing invoice with all orders. EXCEPT: if requested not to, or if being shipped to a different person as a gift.

SHIPPING RATES

Our shopping cart system uses these factors to calculate cost and provide our best rate of shipping; the weight, size of items, dimensions of package, shipping destination and your shipping selection.

We ship commercially with proper packaging and tracking. Our system will automatically email USPS tracking information to the email you provided when ordering. The system takes about 24 hours from when packages are checked in to update its location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally to you or a friend, please select the appropriate International option for the country and method of shipping. You must provide correct address format for universal shipping, email and phone number. If you do not select the correct country shipping selection we reserve the right to make the most reasonable change for you. If additional cost is required we may submit amount and ship your package 24 hours after being approved.
